My name is Joakim. I’m a tattooer working in Stockholm.I started from home in 2016 and have since spent the years first as an apprentice and then as resident and guest in many professional studios in Sweden and elsewhere.I mainly create figurative tattoos with medium to bold lines, strong shading, and a focus on designs that stays readable and age well. I enjoy especially ideas that are a bit on the strange side or inspired by various cultures, cartoons, mythology, fantasy, sci-fi art, and mysterious or altered states.I’m very interested in the deeper cultural, spiritual and psychological aspects of why and how people get tattooed and the shared experience I have with the clients. I’m open to all ideas and enjoy doing custom work.
